Melissa is a real person, who checks and responds to email promptly. I'm here, to help you, guide you and take care of your order from start to finish. You can call me or email me. Customers who live close by come to see me. They drop off hard drives, pick up discs, I show them how to do stuff on their own, etc. I am here to serve you, help you, advise you, whatever you need. We don't require you to use anything specific to design your pages. You can use whatever software you choose. We have made books from Microsoft Word, Publisher, Page Maker, Quark, Pages, Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Paint Shop Pro, Scrapbook Factory, iRemember, iPhoto, Creating Keepsakes, Memory Mixer, Scrapbook Max and more. We simply ask that you save your pages in file format that we can read and print, like jpg or pdf.

We do highly recommend Adobe Photoshop Elements or Photoshop for anyone considering digital scrapbooking as a hobby. You will soon out grow the consumer digital scrapbooking products. We also recommend training DVDs at Scrappersguide.com to get started.

Many of our customers have purchased books from other companies only to be disappointed in the quality. Other books have premade parts and are put together in an assembly line. It's doubtful that there are actual people doing the work or looking at the books.

Our books are guaranteed to be the highest qualtiy available. Everything is done by real people, looked over, checked and double checked to make sure everything looks great. The binding process is all done by hand, by several people, each havning a different job from making the book cover case to sewing the pages to the foil stamping.

We have a minimum order of $50.

We process all orders as we receive them. Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, but we accept personal checks. Your order will not be processed until the check clears.

Digital scrapbook prints are printed on 100# gloss text paper. Prints take about 1 week from when we receive the order to when you receive them in the mail.

We also sell top loading albums for your pages. We have 8"x8" and 12" x 12" Pioneer albums available. Our stock varies, prices range from $15 - $30.

Books take about 3 weeks from start to ship. In addition to the printing requirements stated above, the books take 2 weeks at the bindery. There are busy times of the year when it may take longer, often in the fall. Books are printed on 100# gloss text paper. 8 1/2" x 11" books are the same price as 8"x8". 5 copies of the same book = 5% discount, 10 copies of the same book = 10% Discount, 20 copies = 20% discount and 30 copies or more = 30% discount. The books must be identical for discounts.
